Privacy Policy

Applies to go.ocho.team and its landing pages. Last updated: 24 August 2026.

1. Who this covers

These pages are operated by Ocho ("we", "us") as marketing landing pages for Elravie skincare products sold on Amazon. This policy covers only the pages on go.ocho.team (and the same files served from ochocreate.github.io).

You cannot create an account, sign in, or buy anything on these pages. Some elements are styled to resemble a storefront, but no order, cart, or sign-in on this site is functional — purchases happen on Amazon after you follow a product link. Once you are on Amazon, Amazon's own privacy notice applies, not this one.

We do not ask for, and these pages do not contain any field that accepts, your name, email address, postal address, or payment details.

2. What we collect and why

ToolWhat it collectsWhy
Google Analytics 4
(loaded via Google Tag Manager)
Pages viewed, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP and not stored by us), device and browser type, referring source, how far you scroll, how long the page is visible, and which buttons you tap. To understand which parts of a page are read and which are skipped, so we can improve them.
Microsoft Clarity A recording of your interaction with the page — pointer movement, taps, scrolling — plus aggregate heatmaps. Clarity automatically masks text input; these pages have no input fields to begin with. To see where the layout confuses people (dead taps, rage clicks, broken sliders).
Meta Pixel That a page was viewed and that a product link was tapped, associated with your Meta advertising identifiers. To measure and optimise the Meta ads that bring people to these pages.
TikTok Pixel That a page was viewed and that a product link was tapped, associated with your TikTok advertising identifiers. To measure and optimise TikTok ads that bring people to these pages.
Amazon Attribution A tag on outbound product links (maas=) that lets Amazon report to the seller how many clicks led to product views and orders. To know whether these pages actually lead to sales. Amazon reports this to us in aggregate — we do not receive individual order or customer data.

We do not sell your information for money. Under some US state laws, the use of advertising pixels such as Meta and TikTok counts as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" — see section 6.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may set cookies or store identifiers in your browser so that repeat visits within a session can be recognised. We temporarily store the validated Amazon Attribution tag and advertising ID in sessionStorage so the same outbound link is used within the current tab. It is removed when that tab session ends. We also store ocho_optout only if you use the opt-out button below; it records your choice and nothing else.

4. How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Microsoft Clarity retains recordings for approximately 30 days. Meta's retention is governed by Meta's own policy, and TikTok's by TikTok's policy. We do not keep a separate copy of any of it.

5. Who it goes to

Only to the providers named above, acting as our service providers or (in Meta's case) as an advertising partner: Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok and Amazon.com Services LLC. They process this data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Use the button below to stop Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel from loading on these pages. Your choice is stored in this browser, so you will need to set it again on another browser or device.

Checking your current setting…

What this button does not cover: Amazon Attribution parameters are part of the destination URL itself and are sent to Amazon only if you choose an Amazon link. To further limit advertising use, use Meta's ad preferences or your browser's tracking protection. You can also opt out of Microsoft Clarity across all sites at clarity.microsoft.com, and of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and do not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel — you do not need to press the button. We apply this everywhere, not only in the states that require it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia — you may have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Because these pages collect no identifying information from you and we hold no account or contact record, we usually cannot locate an individual's data on request. We will still respond to any request sent to the address in section 10, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Children

These pages are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
